PROFAB Quality Policy statement is to consistently provide customer value and satisfaction in product and services through best leadership, continual improvement, employee development, recognition and social responsibility. PROFAB Quality Management System provides a framework for measuring and improving our overall business performance, supporting company strategy and business plan, facilitates continual improvement and ensures the fulfilment of customers’ requirements and other applicable requirements.

The PROFAB management is responsible for implementing the policy and shall be achieved by;

• Establishing, implementing and maintaining Quality Management System & Quality Policy in line with the requirement of ISO 9001:2015 standard.
• Setting and reviewing measurable quality objectives and ensuring those objectives are met.
• Providing the necessary resources and ensuring responsibilities and authorities are determined and communicated.
• Seeking satisfaction feedback from Customer.
• Top management participation in the monitoring and measurement of the performance of the Quality Management System and its continual improvement.
• Ensuring that the customer’s requirements and expectations are met.
• Ensuring that the requirements of all interested parties are clearly understood to ensure our products and services are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
• Promoting the use of a process approach and risk based thinking.
• Ensuring adequate training of the personnel’s.
• Ensuring the Quality Management System achieves its intended results.
• Ensuring continual improvement of our Quality Management System & processes to acquire “Satisfied Customers” while complying applicable requirements.
