PROFAB has highly qualified production staff in addition to Quality officers and experienced office and management personnel. Our well-equipped production facility at The Rusayl Industrial Estate gives us a capacity to process in excess of 200 tonnes of steelwork monthly. Our focus is on pressure vessels, structural and architectural steelwork fabrication and installation, with large sections and complex ensuring maximum budget and cost control and minimum onsite delays.
Our property incorporates a number of buildings which include:
- Large workshops equipped with 2 overhead cranes
- Modern office facilities complete with large format plan
- Storage and staff amenities buildings
- Modern, purpose built, environmentally friendly abrasive blasting and surface preparation facility
- Fully enclosed spray painting and surface finishing building
To ensure on time delivery to our customers, we operate our own sub contracted crane equipped heavy transport facility. This gives us the ability to control delivery times to suit our customers without being dependent on other transport organizations.
Quality Assurance, constant staff training and up-to-date HSE procedures are a few of the on-going systems constantly being updated to ensure we maintain market leadership in quality of product and service to our customers. We enjoy an enviable safety record which, through constant monitoring and improvements in workshop and installation procedures, we will strive diligently to maintain.
Our production facility could comfortably accommodate a considerably expanded workforce which we would not hesitate to exploit should the need arise. Projects are our specialty & all steelwork is manufactured with precision and high end finishing.
