Premier Production Fabricators L.L.C more recognized in short by PROFAB has been serving the Energy, Engineering, Construction & Telecoms Sector from 2007. PROFAB, by & large has also been a strong support to the EPC Companies that has contributed towards the development of Oman for over a decade.
Its humble beginning from its inception in 2002 was under the name of Sea Lion Trading & Services L.L.C situated in the Ghala Industrial Estate, being involved right from general fabrication to trading business. PROFAB is now an Engineering Services Company providing high standards of technical and engineering excellence to the energy sector and in the grand scheme of Technological Engineering Segment. Currently its location is in the Rusayl Industrial Estate, covering an area of 15,000 Square Meters.
PROFAB has built a sound reputation over the years primarily based on timely delivery of products & services with no compromise on Quality. The company is presently involved in the fabrication right from Steel Structural & associated components, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks & Manufacturing of Oil Tool Components for the Oil & Gas industry.
The year 2016 marked a year of development and expansion for PROFAB, with the acquisition of our own property in the Rusayl Industrial Estate. This area incorporates large workshops equipped with gantry cranes with up to 10 tonne lifting capacity. Additional buildings which house spray painting and abrasive blasting equipment and a special stainless steel fabrication workshop. The premises also houses well equipped office buildings, combined to provide a facility which enables us to accommodate tight production schedules using efficient work processes & procedures. The facility has a provision for exponential expansion to provide for further future development.
Adopting the latest techniques, PROFAB ensures that the resultant output meets or exceed the expectations of our clients. Our products & services have been extensively used throughout Oil & Gas segment both locally and in the Middle East region. Our facility, equipment and personnel skills provide a venue for a wide range of fabrication & manufacturing capabilities. We possess a unique flexibility trait to work around meeting the customer’s design, sample or specification and offer custom services such as machining, welding and fabrication even at a short notice.
PROFAB maintains a fully comprehensive QA/QC program that strictly adheres to the ISO 9001:2015. The program features full traceability with repeatability, reliability and quality of the product, built in specified time. PROFAB has acquired the (PDO) Petroleum Development of Oman approvals in the year 2017 under the category AVME 1.4.4 for Storage Tanks and has been certified as a “PDO Approved Vendor”. PROFAB possesses ASME certification ‘U’, ‘PP’, ‘R’ & registered with National Board ‘NB’ in the year 2013. Plans are already in place to acquire API certifications.
TEAM at PROFAB comprised of experienced management staff includes qualified Project Manager, Project Engineers, CSWIP certified Welding Inspectors, NACE certified Painting Inspector, QA/QC Personnel’s, Design Engineers, experienced Supervisors, qualified Welders, qualified Sand Blasters & Painters, skilled technicians & assistants that have many years of proven experience in the Sultanate of Oman. Due to their hard work and dedication, we have been able to provide our clients with the products, which are the best in the industry and build a niche for ourselves in the Arabian market.
